You are not the only one who is facing this issue. If you are living in India and receiving your Google AdSense income then your bank will ask you about the money as per the RBI instructions. You will have to provide the reason of payment.

What type of money you are receiving and also the name of destination country. Now come to the solution or answer of your question. 

Your Purpose code will be P1007 Advertising trade fair service. That you can find out from the list provided in the form, and if you are receiving the payment in India then most probably you have received a email from the bank. 

Or you can check out payment slip from your Google AdSense payment page for the destination country.

That mail must include the name and address of Remitter (0851541055 GOOGLE ASIA PACIFIC PTE LTD MARINA BAY FINANCIAL CENTRE, 05-02 SINGAPORE: SINGAPORE:018981).

So if your Remitter Country is Singapore then you can fill the Singapore in destination country.
